Every service is a fixed price for the whole job — never per hour. Regular cleans start at £55 a visit, deep cleans from £150 and end of tenancy from £160. The booking form on this page prices your job in about ten seconds, and the figure we confirm is the figure you pay.
Yes. Every cleaner is interviewed in person, reference-checked and DBS-checked before their first job, and we carry £5m insurance. Certificates are available on request — landlords and agents usually want them for the file.
Tell us within 48 hours and we come back and re-do the areas concerned at no charge. That applies to every service, not just end of tenancy. We'd rather fix it than argue about it.
No. Most regular clients give us a key or a smart-lock code. Keys are tagged with a reference number rather than your address and kept in a locked safe — so a lost key can't be matched to a property.
Yes, everything comes with us — machines, cloths and products. Colour-coded cloths keep bathroom and kitchen work separate. If you'd prefer we used your own products or fragrance-free alternatives, just say when you book.
Bank transfer or card once the clean is finished and you're happy. For first-time bookings over £250 we ask for a 25% deposit to hold the slot, which comes off the final bill. No cash handling, no card details taken over the phone.
Often, yes — including weekends. Check-out dates and viewings move constantly so we deliberately hold slots back. Call or WhatsApp rather than emailing if it's urgent.
