Empire Facilities Group is a cleaning company based in North London, owned and run by Antoine. We clean homes, rental properties and offices across London.
What we do
We provide regular home cleaning, deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, after builders cleaning, office cleaning, Airbnb changeovers, oven cleaning and interior window cleaning across London, from our base in North London.
Our cleaners are DBS-checked and we carry £5m public liability insurance. Certificates are available for landlords, letting agents and commercial clients who need them.
How we work
The same cleaner for regular cleans
If you book a weekly or fortnightly clean, you get the same cleaner each visit, so they get to know your home and how you like things done.
A written checklist
Every quote comes with a room-by-room list of what's included, so you know exactly what you're paying for. You can change it at any time.
Fixed prices
Deep cleans, end of tenancy cleans and after builders cleans are priced on the property, not by the hour. The price we quote is the price you pay.
48-hour re-clean guarantee. If you, your landlord or your letting agent raises a cleaning issue within 48 hours, we'll come back and re-clean those areas free of charge.
What we don't do
We don't work at height or clean outside windows above ground floor. We don't do waste clearance beyond normal debris, and we don't take on asbestos or biohazard work. If a specialist would do the job better, we'll tell you.
Working with us

Antoine
Founder and owner
Antoine set up Empire Facilities Group and runs it day to day. When you call or message us, you're dealing directly with the business, not an agency or a call centre.
What you can expect
If it's not right, we come back within 48 hours
Send one photo of whatever isn't right. We book a return visit inside 48 hours and re-do it at our cost. If you're still not happy after that, you don't pay for that clean. It's in writing on every quote, for every service.
